the match between korea and england just ended in a tie. for you people interested in the world cup, sorry if i gave away the surprise, but i doubt they were going to show this match in the US. anyway, i'm surprised. i thought korea would get rocked by the english because soccer is basically the national sport over in great britain. so i guess both korea and england are advancing, then. this just reinforces my belief that soccer is not that fun of a game unless someone is scoring. most of the time, the players are just running around with the ball trying to keep the other team from getting that ball. i know that this is a simplistic view. i must admit, though. the goal that was made by england and korea were both scored in a rather spectacular manner, especially korea's goal. there were some pretty good saves, too. and that owen guy from england is pretty good looking. ;)
